Digital Twin Model
Architects, Developers, and End-user alike can now work with the CUBE’s Digital Design team to create their very own design variations that are derived from CUBE’s flexible design model. This model will be fully licensed by you to ensure your building model remains exclusive for your projects.
3D Model Integration
Our models are all custom scripted and fully transferable into Autodesk Revit for Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities, which streamline workflows, enhance collaboration and improve project accuracy and operational efficiency.
Data Intergeneration
Each model carries precise data such as budgets, quantities and specifications per item. This data is fully integrated with the industries top leaders in construction management software applications for efficient project planning.
VR Integration
Our detailed 3D models are fully developed and integrated into Virtual Reality for enhanced visualization, improved collaboration, cost and time savings, and better user-centric design. As specialists in rapid prefabricated home manufacturing and installation, CUBE Tech is proud to be one of Ontario’s first modular and panelization training programs. We teach new, and existing, construction professionals the skills and knowledge needed to become, and remain, successful in the changing landscape of modern housing development.
Overview
Participants receive an introductory overview of prefabrication, including the foundational theory behind modular and panelized construction methods. This two-day program is ideal for individuals with existing industry experience who want to remain knowledgeable and competitive as the prefab sector becomes more prevalent on construction sites. This course will provide trainees with a general understanding of the prefab sector including roles in design, manufacturing, and installation.

General skills: We provide trainees with essential skills to understand the workplace and rights as plant or construction workers.
Advanced skills: We provide trainees with building types for manufacturing or installing with competent compositions. We ensure all trainees to receive workplace safety training required for their roles.
Language: To ensure language is not a barrier to success, we provide qualified bilingual mentors, instructors, and training materials to reinforce comprehension in your native tongue. We offer materials in French, Arabic, Chinese, Ukrainian, Spanish, and Hindi as well as in English.
Participant Supports: We are committed to participant success during and after training, this is why Path 2 Purpose offers additional supports including referrals to community services, tutoring, language support, and employment services.
