As job sites become increasingly difficult to access with heavy equipment, our meticulously designed series allows each structural component to be prefabricated in sizes manageable by individuals or small lifting equipment. This is our most adaptable series for hard-to-reach areas.
Lumber panelization is a prefabricated framing process that has become the standard for high-quality developments across North America and Europe. Our versatile framing is suitable for a wide range of custom homes and large sub-divisions.
This is a hybrid approach combining Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) floors with Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) walls, providing strengths to achieve exceptional structural performance with efficient component flexibility. It also uses a smart material mix of timber-hybrid system delivering strengths of timber, concrete and steel. It outperforms all-timber construction in vibration control, sound insulation and weather protection.
This method uses both Composite to deliver superior strength-to-weight ratio, resulting in lighter yet highly robust structures to reduce material usage and foundation requirements. It also uses Hollow-Core (CFS) with the same strength ratio, equipped to include enhanced fire safety, resistance to pests, mold, greater design flexibility, sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and ease of construction.
Our high-quality Bath PODS are designed to accelerate construction timelines by integrating seamlessly with any of our prefabricated building systems – creating the ideal modular and panelized hybrid solution. Through building information modelling and lean manufacturing, CUBE delivers custom, ready-to-install modular bathrooms for a diverse set of project needs.
Pre-finished facades provide a consistent, uniform finish to achieve superior results over being finished on-site. They offer the advantages of durability, aesthetic appeal, ease of installation and most of all cost effectiveness. Our pre-finished facades significantly reduces project delays due to weather conditions, to meet faster construction delivery.
